Rock and Aggregate Mining Precious Metals
In the mining of rocks, aggregates and precious metal minerals (such as copper, limestone, potassium salt, salt), conveyor belts are the core material transportation equipment, and their design needs to be optimized for high wear, heavy loads and complex environments.
High-strength skeleton:
Steel wire rope core (ST type): used for long distance and large volume (such as transportation after copper ore crushing).
Multi-layer polyester/nylon canvas: medium and short distance aggregate transportation (such as limestone quarry).
Wear-resistant cover rubber:
Rubber hardness: usually 60-70 Shore A, high wear area can be thickened to 8-15mm.
Surface treatment: diamond or herringbone pattern to enhance anti-slip (steep slope transportation).
Special protection:
Salt-alkali/acid-resistant rubber: used for potassium salt and salt mines (such as EPDM rubber).
Flame retardant and antistatic: underground mining (such as copper mines associated with coal mines).
Primary ore transportation: transportation of raw stones from the blasting area to the crusher (impact resistance is required).
Transshipment after crushing: transfer of crushed stones to screening equipment or storage yards (high frequency wear).
Concentrate/tailings processing: transportation of slurry or dry particles after precious metal beneficiation.
Loading/shipping: batch loading of salt mines or limestone finished products (high speed and large capacity).
