Bluemaxim adopts a unique formula of rubber as the outer cover of the conveyor belt, which has the following significant advantages:

Multiple Heat-Resistant Ratings for Different Applications 

Bluemaxim offers the following three heat-rated Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belts for different operating temperatures: 

T1: ≤150°C, up to 180°C, medium-temperature conveying; 

T2: ≤180°C, up to 200°C, high-temperature conveying; 

T3: ≤200°C, up to 200°C, high-temperature conveying; T3: ≤200°C, up to 200°C, high-temperature conveying. T3: ≤200°C, peaks up to 400°C, ultra-high temperature continuous operation conditions.

In addition, our conveyor belts comply with DIN 22102 international standard, and can effectively convey materials up to 250°C in a constant temperature environment of 200°C.


Rubber Material Selection: EPDM & CR 

To improve the structural strength and service life of our conveyor belts at high temperatures, we use the following high-performance materials: 

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene diene rubber), which is highly resistant to high temperatures and aging; and 

CR (neoprene rubber), which has good thermal stability and mechanical strength.

These high-performance rubber compounds not only protect the conveyor belt carcass, but also prevent structural deformation and performance degradation caused by high temperatures.


Structural Design and Customization
